1. General provisions
   1. The Privacy Policy applies to persons wishing to take distance learning on the Academy Online educational platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) and/or to familiarize themselves with the electronic library materials, lectures and other information posted on the Platform.
   2. The Privacy Policy applies only to personal information that is transmitted to the online.da.mfa.gov.ua, online.dau.edu.ua.
   3. The Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine carries out thorough work to protect any data transmitted by the users of the Platform.
2. Personal information of users
   1. The personal information of the Platform users is collected in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" at the stage of registration on the Platform by filling out the registration form.
   2. The registration form contains the following mandatory fields:
   • real surname, name and patronymic;
   • place of work;
   • mobile phone number;
   • e-mail address.
   3. The personal information of the Platform users provided for processing is stored in the database of the Academy Online distance learning platform and is not transferred to third parties.
   4. By submitting data to the Platform, users agree to the use of personal data in order to
   • Identification of the person during the distance learning courses, final testing and issuance of the certificate of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine;
   • receiving newsletters about new additions to the electronic library of the Platform, replenishment of the Academy Online with new courses and programs, as well as other information materials.
   5. The personal data of users provided when filling out the registration form is available exclusively to the Administrator of the educational platform of distance learning "Academy Online".
3. Administrative support
   1. Administrative and technical support, information updates and content of the Platform is provided by the Center for Information Resources of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Platform Administrator).
4. Cookies and log files
   1. The Platform Administrator uses Cookies to identify Users who have visited the Platform. Cookies do not store personal information of the Users.
   2. The Platform Administrator automatically collects the following information and stores it in log files:
   • IP address;
   • browser type;
   • name of the Internet provider;
   • the page from which the User came to the website;
   • type of operating system;
   • the exact date and time of transitions between pages.
   3. The Platform Administrator does not collect information to analyze demographic information about website visitors.
5. Final provisions
   1. The educational platform of distance learning "Academy Online" is the property of the Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2 Velyka Zhytomyrska St., Kyiv, 01001).
   2. All rights are reserved. The use of the Platform and all materials posted on this website in any form and/or by any means without the prior written permission of the Owner is prohibited.
